For Pastors, Conferences, and Counselors
Claudio is a counselor and trainer and offers the following training workshops:
1. PREPARE/ENRICH - The most widely used program for pre-marital preparation and marriage enrichment, endorsed by the North-American Division as one that all pastors should use in their counseling with couples. This is a one-day workshop.
2. Myers-Briggs Type Indicator - The most widely used personality inventory in history. Approximately 2,000,000 people a year take the MBTI which is an instrument for measuring a person’s preferences, using four basic scales with opposite poles. The four scales are: (1) extraversion/introversion, (2) sensate/intuitive, (3) thinking/feeling, and (4) judging/perceiving. It “helps you improve work and personal relationships, increase productivity, and identify leadership and interpersonal communication preferences.
3. Taylor Johnson Temperament Analysis -- The Taylor-Johnson Temperament Analysis® (T-JTA®) is a quick and convenient method of measuring important personality traits that influence personal, interpersonal, scholastic, and vocational functioning and adjustment. It functions both a diagnostic device and counseling tool. The T-JTA measures 9 personality traits and their opposites: Nervous vs. Composed, Depressive vs. Light-Hearted, Active-Social vs. Quiet, Expressive-Responsive vs. Inhibited, Sympathetic vs. Indifferent, Subjective vs. Objective, Dominant vs. Submissive, Hostile vs. Tolerant, and Self-Disciplined vs. Impulsive. The T-JTA is especially designed for use in pre-marital, marital, and family counseling.
4. NAD Family Ministries Local Church Coordinators Curriculum -- This the training provided by the North-American Division for local church Family Ministries Coordinators.

1. Love for a Lifetime -- a couples seminar. It can be a weekend couples retreat or a one-day seminar for couples
2. Empowering Couples -- A program for couples designed by the authors of the PREPARE/ENRICH program.
3. Twelve Ingredients of Successful Families -- ideas to help families strive toward the goals of lasting happiness and a closer relationship with God.
4. Solid Singles -- A conversation with singles about decision making and criteria for choosing a future marriage partner.
5. What a Difference a Dad Makes -- While the most significant person in a child’s life may be their mother, fathers play a critically important role in their physical, emotional, and spiritual development. This seminar addresses that role and provides practical suggestions for dads.
6. Christian Values Your Child Should Know -- The first seven years are the most critical in the character development of children and it is during those years children need to learn values they can live by for the rest of their lives.
7. Parenting 101: Why Your Children Are the Way they Are -- We explore Birth Order principles and give ideas on how to raise children using their naturally inherited strengths and to disciple them in Jesus’ steps.
8. Building Relationships -- From the developers of PREPARE/ENRICH, this program is designed to teach young people, particularly teenagers, skills to build healthy relationships.
9. Grief, Bereavement, and Ministry to the Terminally Ill and their Family -- Drawing from his ten years as a hospice chaplain and grief and bereavement counselor, Claudio speaks about ministry to the terminally ill and their families, and helping the survivors deal with their grief and bereavement.
